Setup Guide – VoiceTon

1. Click “Connect with HubSpot” on the homepage to authorize VoiceTon.
2. Grant access to the requested scopes (contacts and CRM objects).
3. Once connected, you’ll be redirected to the voice interface to record your input.
4. Record a short message with contact info (e.g. name, company, email).
5. Review and correct the extracted data.
6. Click “Send to HubSpot” to create or update the contact.
